Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union seeks a Relationship Associate to deliver a memorable Member experience by processing deposits and withdrawals, opening and servicing accounts, and assisting with consumer loans. You will implement TDECU’s Member-first plays and act as Lobby Engager.

Responsibilities include handling teller transactions, opening deposits, building loan packages, resolving Member issues, and cross-selling products while maintaining compliance and delivering world-class REAL

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Process basic and complex teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check orders, statements, stop payments, wires, and loan payments.
Open and maintain deposit accounts (savings, checking, CDs) and assist with consumer loan underwriting.
Build loan packages and coordinate with title work for funding; ensure accuracy and compliance.
Own and resolve Member issues promptly; document and escalate feedback to Management.
Cross-sell platform products (checking, savings, loans, CDs) and refer to insurance, investments, or mortgage when appropriate.
