Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience preferred; previous customer service experience required.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environment and excellent interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Open, service, and close deposit accounts and loans.
• Provide superior member service and resolve issues to support Net Promoter Score.
• Cross-sell products such as checks, savings, loans, and credit cards.
• Educate members on mobile and online banking and assist with digital solutions.
