Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a proactive Member Service Representative to deliver a high-quality experience and support Members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and more. You will deepen relationships, educate on digital solutions, and refer products to meet needs in a friendly, accurate manner.

You will handle lobby and drive-up transactions, balance cash and postings daily, participate in community activities, and comply with Bank Secrecy Act.

Responsibilities

• Owns Member issues through resolution and resolves inquiries in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner.
• Cross-sell platform products and refer to insurance, investments, and mortgage services.
• Educates Members on digital solutions and assists with online/mobile banking.
• Participates in community development activities as assigned.
• Completes mandatory compliance testing and adheres to Bank Secrecy Act procedures.
