Job summary

Utah Community Credit Union in Vineyard, UT is seeking an MSR I to deliver exceptional member experiences across a broad range of banking services. You will open and maintain accounts, assist with online/mobile banking, and support branch technology while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will balance cash, process transactions, and help members meet financial goals through needs-based products, building relationships with new and existing members in a professional, courteous manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Credit Union account and loan services, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent member service, communication and public relations skills.
• Analytical, financially minded, detail oriented, and proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain consumer auxiliary accounts and assist with online and mobile banking needs.
• Support members with branch technology and process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wire transfers and card services.
• Balance cash drawer, complete audits and supporting documentation, and maintain accuracy.
• Build long-term relationships via in-person, phone, text, and email interactions; provide money management guidance.
• Work with branch team to ensure smooth operations and adhere to policies and security procedures.
