Utah Community Credit Union in American Fork is seeking a Member Service Representative I to deliver warm, accurate banking services and exceptional member experiences in every interaction.

You will handle deposits, loan payments, online banking support, card issues, and branch operations tasks while maintaining a balanced cash drawer and following security procedures. Excellent communication and a professional appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of Credit Union account and loan services, policies, procedures.
• Strong member service, communication, and public relations skills; professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Open and maintain consumer accounts and provide a range of banking services.
• Assist with online and mobile banking needs and branch technology.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wire transfers, checks and card services.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer; perform audits and documentation as required.
• Support loan servicing needs and build long-term member relationships.
