Job summary

UCCU is seeking a Member Service Representative I in Utah to deliver excellent member experience across in-person, phone, and digital channels. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, card services, and account maintenance with accuracy and care.

You will build relationships with new and existing members, answer questions, promote suitable Credit Union products, balance a cash drawer, complete audits, and support branch operations while staying compliant with policy and security

Qualifications

• You are a high school graduate with 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• Working knowledge of Credit Union account and loan services.
• Excellent member service, communication, and professional appearance.
• Strong typing skills and proficiency with computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member experience in person, by phone, and online.
• Open and maintain consumer accounts; handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Balance cash drawer, complete audits, and support branch operations.
• Build relationships, promote suitable Credit Union products, and assist with online/mobile banking needs.
