Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners, operator of Planet Fitness clubs, seeks a Service Desk Associate to greet members, manage front desk duties, assist with memberships, and maintain club cleanliness. The role emphasizes excellent customer service to both members and guests and requires strong communication and teamwork.

The position supports a busy fitness environment with POS responsibilities, member tours, and daily housekeeping to ensure a welcoming, safe, and tidy facility consistent with the brand

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist as needed.
• Monitor club access for members and guests.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest concerns or complaints.
• Give tours to prospective members and explain memberships.
• Sell memberships and process new member agreements in the POS system.
• Keep front desk clean and organized and manage appointments.
