Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person with courteous service.
• Process transactions, balance cash drawer, and follow security procedures.
• Learn branch operations and assist with account maintenance and servicing.
• Assist with wire transfers, currency handling, and daily reports.
