Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide member service in person and by telephone, answering inquiries and processing requests.
• Handle cash transactions, balance cash drawer, and assist with basic account openings.
• Support document organization, wire transfers, and other routine branch duties.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures.
