Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building member trust.
• Must complete Credit Union Core Module Program within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in person and by phone and respond to inquiries.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer according to standards.
• Support routine branch operations and document filing.
• Handle wire transfers and assist with cash shipments as needed.
