Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree, CCUE Certification, or AA/AS via NC-CTP.

• Aptitude for meeting people and building trust.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary member service via telephone and in person.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance.
• Operate drive-through window as needed.
• Handle wire transfers and currency exchange.
• Maintain records and documents daily.
• Adhere to security and confidentiality requirements.
• Learn CXone and other SECU systems.
