Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist members by handling transactions in the system and balancing cash drawer.
• Answer phones and greet members in person with courteous service.
• Process wire transfers and foreign currency where applicable.
• Maintain records and organize documents daily.
• Support account origination and maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Learn CXone and assist with member service requests across channels.
