BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Merchandise Protection team member in the United States. You will monitor entry/exit, perform protection procedures, and deliver high-quality customer service to members at the point of contact.

Responsibilities include enforcing club policies, maintaining safety, and supporting teamwork to achieve daily goals. The role emphasizes speed, integrity, and member-focused service.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal skills and an attention to detail are required.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Ability to use a smart handheld device.
• Must complete required training and certification processes.
• Must be employed with the company for at least 6 months.
• Age requirements vary by state (18+ and higher in some states).

Responsabilidades

• Delivers superior member service, including greeting, assisting, and thanking all members in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Maintains and exhibits clear understanding of merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Reviews and maintains the AP Alert Binder according to AP standards.
• Follows BEST procedures including cross-checking receipts and resolving discrepancies.
• Audits Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery per procedures.
• Inspects bags and belongings at exit and monitors traffic entering and exiting the club.
• Responds to EAS alarms per established procedures.
• Ensures safety for members and team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains attendance.
