Responsibilities

• Build trust with members by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships.
• Assist with processing transactions and account maintenance as needed.
• Identify member needs and connect spend, save, borrow, and protect solutions.
• Refer complex issues to senior staff and follow up on leads.
• Support branches, including potential weekends or extended hours.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations, including privacy and security rules.
