Job summary

Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Advisor to interact with members through lobby, drive-thru, phone, and remote channels. You will assist with deposits, transfers, card support, and Online Banking, while building trusted relationships with members.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, educating members on self-serve options, verifying endorsements, and handling inquiries about accounts. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or cash handling experience.
• Aptitude to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and prioritization.
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Ability and drive to provide exceptional service to members.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems with ease.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with accurately and efficiently processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, or cashier's checks.
• Provide education to our members on self-serve options.
• Verify endorsements and proper identification on deposit transactions.
• Execute wire or ACH transferring of funds.
• Issue debit, credit, and gift cards as needed.
• Troubleshoot credit or debit card issues and online banking questions.
• Balance and maintain personal cash drawer and branch vault, and currency logs.
• Other duties as assigned.
