Responsibilities

• Build trust with members by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing long lasting relationships.
• Assist with processing transactions and provide support to branch operations as needed.
• Analyze member needs and connect spend, save, borrow, and protect solutions.
• Open, close, and maintain member files and ensure accuracy of documents.
• Refer more complex issues to senior staff and follow up on resolutions.
• Engage with sales teams to nurture member account and loan leads through to close.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and Interra Credit Union policies.
