Navigant Credit Union is seeking a Member Relationship Advisor I to welcome members in-person, by phone, and online, handling transactions and cross-selling financial products. You will assist with loan applications, review terms, and nurture member relationships while upholding compliance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and online tools.
• Experience with banking software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service in-person, over the phone, and online; process transactions.
• Cross-sell products and services that meet member needs.
• Assist with loan applications, collect documentation, and provide loan updates.
• Adhere to compliance, BSA and SAFE Act requirements.
• Collaborate with branch and business partners to deepen member relationships.
