Job summary

Interra Credit Union seeks a Member Advisor I to build trust with members by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing long-term relationships while connecting spend, save, borrow, and protect solutions for current and prospective members.

You will support transactions, open and maintain accounts, analyze credit data, and collaborate with sales and service teams to drive member success across channels, adhering to regulatory requirements and Interra's core values.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service experience in banking, retail, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; ability to become notary public.
• Professional level verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with members and teams.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, maintain, and enhance relationships with members across channels.
• Open, close, and maintain files and accounts for members; ensure accuracy of documents.
