Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service experience in banking, retail, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license and ability to become a notary public.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver world class member service.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with members by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with members in person, over the phone, or via other channels.
• Assist with processing transactions and account file maintenance as needed.
• Open, close, and review account documents for accuracy and submit them in the appropriate timeframe.
• Refer more complex problems to senior authority with resolution recommendations and follow up on leads.
• Engage with sales teams and support departments to nurture member account and loan leads through to close.
