Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Member Center associate to create a memorable Member experience by cultivating and maintaining relationships with a book of business through proactive outreach in person or by phone. You will educate Members on digital solutions, assist with deposit accounts, and provide timely, friendly service while troubleshooting inquiries.

A consultative approach helps tailor recommendations and support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous banking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, maintain, and enhance relationships with members.
• Provide solutions that span across the member's life using sales and service processes.
• Educate members on emerging credit union technology and digital solutions.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with members and position products.
• Use a consultative approach to uncover needs and tailor recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve member inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts including savings, checking, and certificates.
