Responsibilities

Open and maintain deposit accounts including savings, checking, CDs, and specialty accounts.
Complete loan and new account applications, loan interviewing and funding.
Cross-sell products and refer to insurance, investments and mortgage.
Address member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Educate members on digital banking tools and solutions.
