Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to serve as the first contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional hospitality and engagement. You will educate on programs, assist with account maintenance, and support new membership sales and retention through proactive outreach.

You will thrive in a fast-paced resort environment, stand for extended periods, and contribute to extraordinary guest experiences while maintaining a welcoming, professional demeanor.

Formación

• Must deliver high quality customer service with strong verbal communication.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment and stand for four hours.
• Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships, creating extraordinary experiences.
• Receives inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Keeps knowledge up-to-date on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, including program, service, and product payments.
• Serves as a key contact for new membership sales and member retention.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions.
