Job summary

tru itycu is seeking a dedicated Member Services Specialist to build strong relationships with members, process deposits and consumer loans, and assist with account management. The role includes in-lobby support, outbound outreach, and collaboration with branches to ensure excellent service.

The position requires at least a high school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience. Strong communication, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support community outreach and cross-sell products with clear benefits to members.
