Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience desired.
• Ability to promote products and refer members.
• Notary as assigned.
• Experience with Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance cash drawer and process deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Promote credit union products and refer to new services.
• Prepare reports and maintain Excel worksheets.
• Train and mentor other staff as directed.
• Handle member service duties including maintaining accounts and loans.
• Assist with notary and membership duties.
