IQVIA, in partnership with our Medtech client, seeks Associate Territory Managers to start a career in medical device sales. This entry point focuses on outbound calls to outpatient urology, urogynecology clinics, and related staff to drive prescriptions of intermittent catheters and Urinary Management Systems.

You will not inherit a book of business—you will build one, proving yourself through disciplined prospecting, high call volume, and strong clinical messaging.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with accurate CRM data.
• Conduct in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
