Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to enter the medical device sales field, focusing on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics. You will build your own territory, prospect actively, and develop relationships with physicians and clinic staff to drive prescriptions of catheters and urinary management products.

The role is a pure hunter position requiring a track record of quota achievement and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

2–4 years of B2B sales with a proven quota achievement.
Bachelor's degree required.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across the assigned geography.
Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
Build and manage a territory pipeline with accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage expenses.
