Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to grow our medical device portfolio in the Rhode Island region. You will educate surgeons and OR staff on BD products, provide on-site support during procedures, and drive sales across existing and new accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of medical sales experience, with strong interpersonal and planning skills. Expect substantial travel and a dynamic, customer-focused team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years general sales experience, medical sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Detailed understanding of the needs/analysis approach to sales.
• Understands contract administration and group purchasing concepts.

Aufgaben

• Attain sales goals within the designated territory and budget.
• Grow sales of current accounts and establish new accounts.
• Serve as a product specialist and educate surgeons, OR staff on BD products.
• Provide on-site technical support during procedures to ensure proper use of products.
• Train physicians and hospital staff on product use and latest information.
• Maintain knowledge of BD products, channels, and distribution methods.
