Job summary

BD in Rhode Island (Warwick) seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales of infection prevention and biosurgery products across a defined territory. You will educate physicians and OR staff, provide on-site support, and manage key accounts while meeting revenue goals.

The role emphasizes travel, relationship-building with clinicians and hospital staff, and a data-driven approach to sales planning and forecasting within a fast-paced medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience required.
• Operating room sales/medical device experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory base and expand BD product sales within infection prevention and biosurgery space.
• Present, educate and provide in-services on BD products to surgeons, OR staff and clinicians.
• Provide on-site technical support during procedures and train hospital staff on product use.
• Meet territory sales and profitability goals and develop new accounts.
• Maintain account records, use sales funnel, and plan calls to ensure coverage.
