BD is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Interventional Surgery team based in Rhode Island. The role focuses on attaining sales goals, expanding current accounts, and opening new ones while delivering product education to surgeons and OR staff.

On-site support and ongoing training are key components of the position. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of sales experience, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and a valid driver’s license with 3 years of driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years general sales experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history.
• Ability to travel at least 25%, including overnight travel.

Responsabilités

• Meet territory sales and profitability goals.
• Increase sales of current accounts and establish new accounts.
• Present, educate, and provide in-services on BD products to surgeons, OR staff, and other individuals.
• Provide on-site technical support during procedures to ensure proper use of products.
• Train and educate physicians and hospital staff on product use.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of BD products, channels, and distribution methods.
