Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to launch a medical device sales career in outpatient urology and related clinics. This entry role focuses on prospecting, educating clinicians, and driving prescription growth with strong coaching in the clinical messaging.

You will build a territory from scratch, manage a robust pipeline, and aim to exceed monthly and quarterly targets while learning to run the role like a small business.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient clinics within assigned geography.
• Educate physicians and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume and expand usage.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline in CRM.
• Conduct in-clinic education and product demonstrations.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget.
