BD in the United States is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to drive territory growth and achieve revenue targets. You will serve surgeons, OR staff, and hospital teams, presenting BD products, providing in-services, and training staff on proper use.

You will manage current accounts, develop new prospects, and travel up to 60% including overnight trips, with a base salary plus incentive structure as outlined in the job posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years general sales experience; medical sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Understanding of contract administration and group purchasing.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel at least 60%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to meet customer/medical facility access requirements including drug screenings.

Responsabilités

• Attain sales goals within the designated territory and budget.
• Grow sales of current accounts and establish new accounts.
• Present, educate, and provide in-services on product use to surgeons, OR staff, and others.
• Provide on-site technical support during procedures.
• Train physicians and hospital staff on product use.
• Maintain knowledge of products, channels, and pricing.
• Travel and attend meetings and tradeshows; report post-event results.
• Meet territory sales and profitability goals.
• Develop new prospects and customers.
• Advise customers on product updates, pricing, and forecasts.
