Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with a Medtech client, is building a team of Associate Territory Managers to launch careers in medical device sales. You will hunt in outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, build relationships with physicians and clinic staff, and drive prescriptions for catheter products.

You will not inherit a book of business; you will create one through disciplined prospecting, strong clinical messaging, and persistent follow-up, with a clear path to higher-level territory roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics within the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians and clinic staff on product benefits and clinical applications.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with accurate CRM data.
• Conduct in-clinic education and product demonstrations; follow up with staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory like a business with responsible budgeting.
