Job summary

IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research services and healthcare intelligence, is building a team of Associate Territory Managers. You will enter medical device sales, calling on outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics and clinicians to drive prescriptions of intermittent catheters and urinary management systems.

You will build your own territory with a hunter mentality, relying on prospecting, high call volume, and strong clinical messaging.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of B2B sales with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
