IQVIA, in partnership with a Medtech client, is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to launch into medical device sales. This entry-level hunter role focuses on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, building a territory from scratch and driving prescriptions.

You'll prospect, educate clinicians, and manage a territory pipeline with daily field activity, targeting quota attainment and career progression into Territory Manager roles.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
