Qualifications

• 2+ years in professional/related experience, or 4+ years without degree.
• Military transition considered for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in retaining customers and expanding penetration; support product conversions with new customers.
• Help achieve sales goals including market share in the territory.
• Apply knowledge of sales process and product portfolio to improve outcomes.
• Guide surgeons in the OR with clinical and product knowledge.
• Present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with teams to improve service levels.
• Prepare sales reports and documents as required.
• Maintain equipment and assets across the territory.
• Ensure promotional materials are presentable.
• Ensure DPS services meet high quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and retention; convey value.
• Differentiate DPS products with unique customer insights.
