Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, through DePuy Synthes, is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Jackson, MS orthopaedics territory. The role emphasizes clinical and customer support across surgeries, product knowledge, and relationship-building with surgeons and hospitals.

You will cover case-related needs, assist in meeting sales objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clinical and economic value to health care systems in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or Medical Certification required.
• 2+ years of professional/related experience; or 4+ years in related roles.
• Willingness to travel; valid US driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in a hospital/operating room environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customer penetration.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge; demonstrate correct use of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring correct equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer and market insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic teams.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets; ensure promotional materials are current.
