Qualifications

• BS/AS degree or medical certification aligned with clinical sales.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional/related experience or 4+ years in related roles.
• Ability to work in lab/operating room environments and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customers and market share.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the OR with clinical and product knowledge; demonstrate products.
• Support customers during surgeries; ensure equipment availability and optimize trays.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and POs.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing teams to improve service levels.
• Maintain equipment deployment and ensure quality of materials.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and differentiate DPS offerings with value.
