Job summary

Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes is seeking a Sales Associate to support orthopaedic clients in the Jackson, MS territory. You will assist surgeons in the operating room, present product knowledge, and help ensure availability of equipment and supplies across hospitals.

The role emphasizes building trusted customer relationships, meeting sales goals, and providing in-depth technical support. Travel and clinical collaboration are core aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification + minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Assist in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers.
• Attain established sales goals including market share objectives in territory.
• Apply knowledge of sales process, product portfolio and customer knowledge to improve outcomes.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Present and demonstrate products to ensure proper utilization.
• Attend surgeries to support customers and optimize equipment availability.
• Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Troubleshoot issues; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer and market insights with sales, clinical, marketing teams.
• Prepare sales reports and ensure product availability across area.
