Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Associate in the Orthopaedics sector to support the Santa Rosa region. You will work closely with surgeons in the OR, provide product expertise, and help drive sales across the territory while maintaining strong hospital relationships.

Ideal candidates have a healthcare background, strong communication and a track record in clinical sales, with willingness to travel as needed and to support a broad portfolio of DePuy Synthes products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or medical certification required, background in healthcare preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience, OR recent military transition.
• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation and business acumen essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customer penetration and meet sales goals.
• Guide surgeons in operating rooms with clinical and product knowledge to ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring equipment availability and optimizing trays.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Prepare sales reports and share insights with cross-functional teams to improve service levels.
• Maintain equipment deployment and ensure promotional materials are current and compliant.
