Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for an Area Sales Leader, Monarch Urology, based in the Delta Plains Territory covering multiple states. You will drive commercialization, build strategic territory plans, and lead clinical discussions with physicians and buyers to enable adoption of Monarch Urology.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in healthcare or medical device sales, with 75% travel and a base pay between 110,000 and 150,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical product information, clinical concepts, and economic value.
• Strong business planning, forecasting, opportunity management, and account strategy capabilities.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B sales is required; robotics/uroLOGY exposure preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel, up to 75% within territory.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital system sales and disposable revenue targets.
• Build a strategic territory plan with account segmentation, funnel management, and forecast updates.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, admins, value analysis stakeholders, and economic buyers.
• Lead product, technical, and clinical discussions to support evaluation and adoption of Monarch Urology.
• Present value propositions and collaborate on pricing, terms, and commercial strategies.
• Coordinate post-sale installation readiness, training, and launch support with partners.
• Support customers in achieving clinical, operational, and economic goals while driving utilization.
