Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Project Manager for MedSurg Professional Services & Customer Success to lead Endoscopy digital implementation projects. You will translate clinical and technical requirements into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful adoption and outcomes.

Responsibilities include planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement across customers, clinical product specialists, service engineers, and vendor partners. Travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years healthcare IT or medical-device implementation project management.
• Experience leading multi-workstream, customer-facing projects.
• Strong planning, scope/schedule control, risk tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with IT systems, hospital IT practices, and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID, logs, and status reports.
• Lead kickoffs, governance meetings, and go-live readiness reviews.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, clinical teams, and vendors.
• Guide activities through planning, implementation, training, and closure.
