Job summary

IQVIA in the United States is seeking a Project Manager for MedSurg Professional Services & Customer Success to lead Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake to closure. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate clinical requirements into executable plans, and ensure delivery with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, information technology, engineering, clinical sciences, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex customer-facing projects with multiple workstreams.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with IT systems, hospital IT practices, software and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of EHR integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Endoscopy digital implementation projects from intake through closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Lead project kickoffs, governance meetings, and go-live readiness reviews.
• Liaise among customers, internal teams, sales, clinical product specialists, service engineers, and vendors.
