Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years in MedTech commercial roles.
• Minimum of 10 years in strategy to execution across marketing and sales.
• Minimum of 5 years in consulting with revenue origination.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage business development pipeline of new client engagements across the MedTech industry.
• Develop C-suite and VP-level client relationships, positioning Accenture as a long-term strategic partner.
• Lead commercial transformation programs including operating model redesign and omnichannel engagement.
• Partner with clients to evaluate and scale AI and analytics to improve commercial decision-making.
• Develop business cases and value realization roadmaps for revenue growth and productivity.
• Shape and pitch propositions connecting Accenture capabilities to client challenges.
• Mentor and develop junior talent within the MedTech Commercial practice.
• Travel up to 75% to client locations.
