Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior leader to grow and shape its MedTech Commercial business in the US. You will define market strategy, shape industry viewpoints, and cultivate C-suite relationships while driving AI-enabled growth and revenue transformations across the MedTech ecosystem.

You will lead client engagements, develop compelling propositions, and build the next generation of Accenture consultants. Expect extensive travel and leadership of high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of MedTech commercial experience and leadership.
• Minimum of 10 years in commercial and marketing continuums from strategy to execution.
• Minimum of 5 years in AI, data, or digital solutions within a commercial context.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow and shape Accenture's MedTech Commercial business and define market strategy.
• Develop client relationships at C-suite levels and close engagements.
• Lead commercial transformation programs including operating model redesign and go-to-market optimization.
• Collaborate to deploy AI and advanced analytics for improved decision-making and productivity.
• Mentor junior talent and travel up to 75% to client locations.
