Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Principal Director to lead a MedTech R&D segment, owning strategy, team building, and major client engagements. You will drive AI-enabled transformation with senior executives, influence the R&D product lifecycle, and shape the market approach at scale.

You will join a leadership team that values deep industry expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong client-first mindset, with significant travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in MedTech R&D or advising; deep product development lifecycle and regulatory expertise.
• 10+ years in management consulting or MedTech firm with BD and leadership track
• 10+ years owning or leading an org with accountability for people, revenue, and strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering or health field; advanced degree a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Lead defined MedTech R&D segment growth: strategy, team, and P&L accountability.
• Origin and close major client engagements with C-suite R&D leaders across top MedTech OEMs.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled R&D solutions that accelerate product development.
• Travel up to 75% to client locations as needed.
