Accenture’s Life Sciences MedTech practice seeks a commercially driven Senior Manager to originate engagements with Chief R&D Officers and VPs of Innovation, then lead teams to deliver. You will build client relationships, shape propositions, and drive AI-enabled R&D transformations across product development, regulatory, and clinical operations.

AI fluency and a track record of origination are required; travel up to 75% to client locations is expected.

Qualifications

10+ years in MedTech R&D industry; product development and regulatory lifecycle.
7+ years management consulting with proven origination.
Ability to build senior client relationships independently.
Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or health-related field.

Responsibilities

Establish and manage BD pipeline across the MedTech industry.
Lead C-suite and VP-level client relationships.
Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions for faster product development.
Shape propositions connecting strategy, technology, AI, and operations.
Lead teams delivering R&D transformation programs across development, regulatory, clinical operations, and medical affairs.
Contribute to thought leadership in MedTech R&D.
Mentor and develop junior talent; travel up to 75%.
