Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior MedTech Commercial leader to grow and shape the practice across commercial strategy, marketing, and AI-enabled growth. You will build long-term client relationships, create differentiated market offerings, and lead high-performing teams delivering engagements in MedTech segments.

You will drive development of propositions, partner with clients to implement AI-driven operating models, and travel up to 75% to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years in MedTech commercial experience and expertise across sales, marketing, commercial operations, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with a track record of delivery and client origination.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Establish and manage a pipeline of new MedTech engagements, including top OEMs and digital health companies.
Develop C-suite relationships and position Accenture as a long-term strategic partner in commercial reinvention.
Lead commercial transformation programs including operating model redesign, sales excellence, omnichannel engagement, and go-to-market optimization.
Partner with clients to deploy AI and advanced analytics to improve decision-making, territory design, and field productivity.
