Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Ottava, based in Philadelphia, PA. This field-based role will lead end-to-end commercialization, including sales, support, and capital program management, engaging clinicians, executives, and key stakeholders.

You will develop quarterly plans, conduct clinical demonstrations, and negotiate capital terms, traveling up to 75% to meet aggressive sales targets while driving adoption of the Ottava platform across major accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 6 years of healthcare experience.
• At least 3 years in capital sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (including overnight travel).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly plans to meet capital equipment sales targets in the territory.
• Discover customer needs and educate using Challenger selling to create clinical champions.
• Engage with C-suite stakeholders and administrative staff in target accounts.
• Perform discovery with stakeholders to understand account goals and needs.
• Present, educate, and challenge multiple stakeholders in complex sales and boardroom settings.
• Maintain a detailed strategic territory plan and provide regular forecasts.
• Lead product demonstrations to drive adoption of Ottava and negotiate capital pricing terms.
• Manage post-sales installation and adoption with sales and service teams.
• Support clinical adoption and ensure customers reach clinical/economic goals.
• Develop expert knowledge of Ottava products and market trends.
