Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Area Sales Manager for Ottava in the Pittsburg, PA area. This field-based role focuses on end-to-end commercialization, engaging clinicians, champions, and C-Suite stakeholders to drive installation and adoption of Ottava capital equipment solutions.

You will craft quarterly business plans, conduct strategic demonstrations, and collaborate with sales, clinical, and service teams to ensure customer success and meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in capital equipment sales within healthcare.
• Ability to communicate technical product and clinical knowledge to physicians and economic buyers.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital equipment and disposable sales revenue targets in the territory.
• Engage with clinicians and champions, expanding clinical adoption and coordinating with internal teams.
• Present, educate, and negotiate with multiple stakeholders in complex sales environments.
• Maintain strategic territory plans and provide reliable sales forecasts to management.
• Develop relationships with clinical and economic champions to understand customer needs and buying cycles.
• Lead product demonstrations and support post-sale adoption of Ottava products.
