Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Ottava in the San Diego/Orange County region, based out of San Diego, CA. This field-based role targets end-to-end capital equipment sales and clinical adoption with a focus on delivering safer, more effective treatments.

You will develop strategic plans, engage with clinicians and economic buyers, and present capital funding options while coordinating with clinical and service teams to ensure post-sale success and physician education.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of healthcare experience required.
• 3+ years in capital sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly business plans for the assigned territory.
• Educate clinicians and economic buyers using Challenger selling.
• Engage directly with C-Suite stakeholders within accounts.
• Lead product demonstrations and negotiate capital pricing terms.
• Oversee post-sale installation and adoption with services.
• Maintain a strategic, frequently updated territory plan and forecasts.
